A step-by-step guide to how our app simplifies patient care, presented in an interactive timeline.

Step 1: Patient Check-In

Patient arrives at the clinic.

  • The Medical Assistant (MA) greets the patient and begins the check-in process.
  • Basic symptoms and visit purpose are noted in the app.

Step 2: Vitals Collection

MA records patient vitals.

  • MA enters vitals like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc. using the app
  • • Notes and vitals are saved under the patient’s profile.

Step 3: Provider Selects Patient

Provider searches and selects the patient in the app.

  • On the provider's dashboard, they look up the patient by name or ID.
  • Once the patient is selected, the detailed screen opens.

Step 4: MA Notes are Displayed

Provider views MA’s notes and vitals on patient screen.

  • As soon as the patient is opened, all recorded information from the MA is displayed.
  • This gives the provider full context before starting the interaction.

Step 5: Provider-Patient Interaction

Provider uses the notes for an informed conversation.

  • Provider reviews the vitals and notes to guide the conversation.
  • Additional findings or history can be added live during the visit.

Step 6: SOAP Notes Creation

Provider documents using SOAP format.

  • Subjective and objective inputs are converted into structured SOAP notes.
  • The app makes this fast, intuitive, and properly formatted.

Step 7: Notes Collaboration

Provider can merge their notes with MA's input.

  • For complete documentation, the provider may combine their own notes with MA's.
  • This creates a single, unified patient record for future reference.
